Frame house in Baranovichi. The house line divides the territory into an entrance and secluded courtyard. The house planning solutions and its placement on the site take into account many natural and visual factors in order to make the life of the residents as comfortable as possible. The first major factor is the field of view. We have closed the private territory as much as possible from the adjacent multi-storey buildings and the eyes of curious neighbors. Protected from prying eyes, the courtyard serves as a place which concentrates the owners’ leisure and hobbies - there is a dining terrace under a canopy, an area with sun loungers and an area for games on the lawn. The second major factor is insolation. The house takes all the necessary rays of the sun as much as possible and is closed from all unnecessary ones. Sometimes there were conflicts between these factors, but we managed to solve these problems.
