The project development for large retail networks requires us to design according to the established brand book. Work within a common design concept has its own features. The same colors and materials should be used for all new objects – due to this, buildings are easily identified as shops of the same distribution network. And this clearly shows our company’s architect skills – despite the fact that we need to use the same design tool, each time we manage to create a functional building with its own memorable architecture. We combine techniques so that the building receives its own unique features and at the same time it saves connection to other shops of the chain.
The gimmick of new SPAR store in Mozir’ is the developed entrance area. It attracts customers with help of bright colors and intensive inner artificial lighting. Wide façade glazing make the store opened to new visitors.
