As it was told, each ingenious thing is always simple. We carefully follow this principle while design process. Usually there is no need to use any expensive or complicated trick to make a building stand out. A direct key to success is a solution in which aesthetics, simplicity and functionality are correctly balanced.
Here you see a new large store of SPAR retail chain. The building was designed with a use of ASTRON prefabricated steel structures which are produced by Swedish group of companies Lindab. The restrained architectural volume instantly identifies the building as a commercial object. A dynamic roof form became a dominate in the building’s architectural composition. The roof’s maximum height concentrates attention on the main entrance of the shop. Solid front glazing in checkout area attracts passer-by’ attention and allow them to see what is happening inside. This effect especially beautifies building in the evening and distinguishes the store from surroundings.
