The shopping and cultural center is situated in the difficult housing – on the site from all sides limited by important facilities of Borisov (“BATE” stadium, central market and bank). In consequence of long and meticulous work we managed to take the advantage of the site by optimizing solutions of external lines and additional engineering constructions. The space planning of the shopping and cultural center allows the contractor to minimize charges on heating and airing that are rather high for this type of buildings.
