Description:
Planning concept of this shopping centre is developed on the basis of optimal engineering solutions. This provides means for changing space of first and second floor quickly for a certain exhibition while creating necessary trading areas. The exterior of the building allows changing style of the facade and its advertisement framing according to wares and services offered. This function is fulfilled by ad frame modules embedded into façade construction. The project also solves a difficult city-planning problem. An object of maximum floor space is located on the limited area. At this all regulatory requirements to area and building are fully satisfied.
