Description:
It was an old log construction. We have to create a nice cozy house for leisure time considering proximate location near the forest belt. The main solution that helped to combine the inner space of the house and the outer nature was the organization of rather large built-on terrace with the possibility – depending on the weather conditions – to make it closed or open. Large stained-glass windows, transparent fence and wooden planks make house look airy and letting the light in.
To reach the goals mentioned above on the second floor was designed a balcony which connects bedrooms and has an extra function of protecting the terrace from the rainfall.
