Description:
The top priority of the renovation was to enlarge the shopping area what was rather difficult to make taking into account some planning peculiarities of the existing building. The result of the team-work of architects and technologists was the enlargement of the shopping area from 350 up to 785 m². The second important issue of the renovation was the facades. The existing ones were rather worn-out and obsolescent. Considering material of the new finish (air-façade with metal cassette siding), functionality of the building and company colors used by the operator was born the idea of green and white façade where colors are alternated with different intervals.
